Payments Guidelines:

·        For orders with a Billing Amount upto Rs. 999/- the COD is not available, only prepaid payment available,

·        COD is available for orders starting from Rs. 1000/- and above.

·        All the prices & payments are valued, charged and accepted in INR format only.

·     For prepaid payments, the available mode of payments showing on the website shall be used. We shall not be made responsible for any loss of money for payments made through the other mode of payments.

·     An individual can purchase only FIVE copies of a same product at a times. For bulk purchase please contact our Customer Care Executive.

 

 

Delivery Charges Guidelines:

·        Delivery Charges will be calculated based on distance between the customers' address and the place of shipment along with the volumetric weight of the packages .

·        Delivery Charges will not be charged within the home State [primarily, West Bengal] for the Billing Amount of Rs. 1500/- and above. [example - WB to WB]

·     Delivery Charges for the orders to any other State from the home State will not be charged for the Billing Amount of Rs. 2500/- and above. [example - WB to Any other state]

·        For the cross border purchase, the Delivery Charges and Duty Fee will be separately calculated. For that please contact our Customer Care Executive. 

 

Delivery Time (Approx.):

·         All the deliveries will be made via corporate delivery partners for fast and secure delivery.

·       It is expected that in general time, all the deliveries will be completed within the 5 - 7 business days. National holidays, company holidays, unknown calamities and any Act of God can change this timing process.
