If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, you have 24 hours from the delivery time to request a return.

For both cases mentioned above (physically damaged product or wrong product delivered), we require photo or video proof of the issue at the time of unpacking. This is essential to verify the claim and ensure a smooth return process.
