Prof. B.K. Nayak :

Born in 1948, Prof. Bijaya Kumar Nayak has had his M.A., M.Ed., from Utkal University and Ph.D in Education from Berhampur University. He has 38 years of teaching experience in premier Govt. Institutions, teaching the subject Education in Degree level, B. Ed., M. Ed., M.A (Education), M. Phil (Education) and he produced many Ph.D scholars under his guidance. He acted successfuly as the Head of the Postgraduate Department of Education Ravenshaw University and as Principal, College of Teacher Education, Bolangir, Odisha. More than 20 Books on Education have been written by him, many of them are prescribed textbooks and have deserved a number of editions with high degree of appreciation. His research papers have been published in reputed Journals and Magazines. He is now guiding Scholars for Ph.D in Education. As an eminent academics and subject expert he has conducted and acted as Resource Personnel and academics consultant in various programmes. He is a member of different Academics Bodies, organizations, Renowned Boards. Many authorities and Organisations have adorned merits and medals for his outstanding performance and life time achievement in the field of pedagogy.
